Different slack channels on success or fail

Description of the feature request

Add an option to select a channel for success state and failure state.

Use case / for what or how I would use it

If the build run success, notify the QA team channel about the new build

If the build fails, notify DEV team channel, or even better, the PR autor, or COMMIT author
