Scheduling builds was not enabled before for developers, but start a build was enabled which was a little bit confusing.
From now on scheduling, editing and deleting builds is available for developer too (in addition to admins and the owner(s). The logic in short: if you can start a build then you can also schedule builds, and if you can schedule builds then you can delete and edit scheduled builds too.
