Decrypt not finding passphrase

Receiving the following error:

Could not create config: failed to parse config:

  • Passphrase: required variable is not present

I have created ENV VARS for my paths and added the passphrase to SECRETS and passed them all into the step. I have also attempted a custom script to perform this simple decryption but no luck. Any help?

Nevermind… I think I found the issue. The passphrase was not exposed for PRs.
