Customer support in more timezones

Not a technical feature, but a business feature.
Turn around is slow on questions for those of use working in other parts of the world.

Thanks for raising this. The problem is real, during this year we started getting way more inquiries than a team of few peoples could handle. This bothers us, trying to attend to everyone’s problems just the same. Thankfully we’ve recognized this and have been putting a lot of efforts into expanding the team, and we expect this situation to greatly improve in the foreseeable future - this includes team of people based in the US, covering a different timezone.
