Branch-based (legacy) cache download doesn't work

As per title I am not able to download Branch-based (legacy) cache from project settings cache page. If I try to click on download button I am always redirected to 404 page. It will be useful to download cache archive for debugging purpose.

Any advice here? Is it a bug or intended behaviour?
