Add Assembla webhook support.

This feature can be contributed by anyone, through a pull request into the open source webhook processor server

Assembla webhook (code push) format support - thanks @erikmediamonks for the pull request! P.S.: the webhook server is open source, if there’s a missing git service support you can add it yourself, and you can even run your own version of the webhook server.
