Description of the feature request

I’d like to be able to execute workflow by updating pull request description(label, assignee or comments).

Use case / for what or how I would use it

My bitrise workflow refers to the label attached for checking the pull request is valid.
After the Pull request is failed for above issue, The workflow isn’t re-executed update labels.

I would also love the ability to add a comment to a PR to run the CI/CD as well as it being triggered each time by a commit.

Through what Git service would you guys like to see this? I see an event for this in Bitbucket but I can’t see one over at GitHub for example.
