This app is owned by an organization and I’m an owner of the organization.
There are some members under the organization.
I would like to add some of the members to the app individually, but it seems that I can only add groups to apps.
Can I add a member individually or do I need to make a group which consists of only one member?

Sure, in case of an app owned by an Organization you can add members both through Groups and Individually.
To add an “outside collaborator” (who’s not in the Organization, or not in any of the Groups assigned to the app), just open the app on bitrise.io, go to the Team tab, and use the Add outside contributors to this app section to add users one by one.
I was thinking I can only add members who are not in the organization in that field, thank you!
