Description of the feature request

Android Gradle Plugin supports cmake versions installed outside of Android SDK: Menambahkan kode C dan C++ ke project Anda 聽|聽 Developer Android 聽|聽 Android Developers

install-missing-android-tools step could also support them by installation using brew or apt-get respectively.
