Description of the feature request

Abort rolling builds only if running < x minutes. For example if I push now, and work for 13 minutes and push again, my original build will be very close to completing. I would like that build to remain

Use case / for what or how I would use it

It would be helpful for larger teams who are pushing often and have different people waiting for builds. We’ve had times where no build will be available for hours because it’s a busy day with pull requests coming in often.

I’d find this very helpful! Although I’d prefer it to be <X% complete rather than minutes, either way would be great.
