Xcode 8.3 beta 4 is now available!
Notes: no significant change on the stack since beta 3, other than a couple of preinstalled tool version updates and of course Xcode 8.3 beta 4. That said, beta 4 seems to be significantly faster than beta 3 was, which is a good thing as beta 3 was quite a bit slower than Xcode 8.2.1; beta 4 seems to be about as fast as 8.2.1.
To select this Stack you just have to open your app on bitrise.io,
go to the
Settings tab, and at the bottom of the Settings tab select the
stack option, and your next build will start on the Xcode 8.3 stack.
This new Virtual Machine replaced the previous Xcode 8.3 configuration,
so if you’ve already selected the Xcode 8.3.x stack for your app, you’re automatically using Xcode 8.3 beta 4 now.
You can find the Stack’s full system report at:
and the changes/updates compared to the Xcode 8.3 beta 3 stack at:
If you’d like to add additional tools to be pre-installed you can find the instructions on GitHub, for both the Linux and for the macOS stacks.
