Description of the issue

macOS Monterey is coming out on Monday. We are using Monterey APIs in our project, which means we depend on the new SDK, which is only included in Xcode 13.1. Xcode 13.1 is not available as a stack yet. When can we expect it? Our builds fail on the Xcode 13 stack (obviously).

Please note - the Xcode 13.1 stack is available for users on Gen2. If you need to use this stack and do not see it available, please open a ticket with support.
