Xcode stacks
- Xcode Edge stack tool upgrades:

- Cordova: 7.0.1
- Ionic: 3.1.2
- No significant update on any other Xcode stack
Xamarin stacks
- We’ll stick with Xamarin 15.1 for now, due to the significant number of regressions reported for 15.2 - Xamarin 15.2 - MTOUCH: error MT2001: Could not link assemblies
- No significant change on Alpha & Beta (there was no update available for either at this time)
