Android/Linux stacks

New stacks deployed and are available in production now

bitrise-machine (virtual machine and log handler tool - does not affect the contents of the build virtual machines) was updated from 0.9.10 to the new 0.9.11 version: https://github.com/bitrise-tools/bitrise-machine/releases/tag/0.9.11
