Enterprise Apple Developer accounts don’t have access to App Store Connect API keys. How is one able to use the new App Store Connect API when using enterprise signing then? Are we stuck with using the soon-to-be-deprecated iOS Auto Provision with Apple ID step?

Unfortunately this is not supported at the moment and we are continuing to investigate the strange limitation Apple has created.
The alternative would be to use the iOS Auto Provision with Apple ID or the Certificate and Profile installer step.
