Start Android emulator step v1.1.1 released

This new version(1.1.1) now has a new option: wait_for_boot. This way you can run other steps while android emulator is booting. To validate if android emulator is ready, or just simply wait for it to boot, you’ll need the freshly released brand new wait-for-android-emulator step!
