Stable Xcode 15 is now available

The stable and final Xcode 15.0 is now available on the Xcode 15.0.x stack. This Xcode version’s build number is the same as the Release Candidate (15A240d), so at the moment, the Bitrise stack is the same as the Xcode 15 with edge updates stack.
