How to create a npm-cache step?

I’m reading this article: https://pillow.codes/bitrise-codepush-react-native-ideal-mobile-ci-setup-6283b86146c

The author says that using the npm-cache module in conjunction with bitrise-cache cut down his build time from 13 minutes to 9 minutes.

I search for this step and can’t found nothing in bitrise current steps and How To category.
Someone can explain how I can create this step for cache npm modules?
