Gradle ignoring nested modules

Hey,

I wanted to bring your attention to an issue that I found in the way the Go script gathers a list of modules in a project: https://github.com/bitrise-io/go-android/issues/28
I proposed a PR with a fix: https://github.com/bitrise-io/go-android/pull/29

This issue prevents me from using Andorid Build and Android Unit Test steps in my project.
