Fastlane command failed 'upload_to_testflight'

Hey,
I am using fastalne for creating an ipa and deploy to testflight ‘upload_to_testflight()’ .
But i am getting an error Could not find transporter at /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/. Please make sure you set the correct path to your Xcode installation.

Xcode 11.3.x

Could anyone please helps me to solve this issue.
