Environment variables that can be used with in all apps

Description of the feature request

Hi guys, is it possible to make an environment variables that can be used with in all the apps? you know global variables, is it possible to have those one? I don’t think there is a feature like that right now.

I think this is pretty much the same as: Share global environment variables and files / Organization level environment variables
