Current release Xcode stack as option in Workflow stack list?

Forgive me if this is already a thing, but I did not see it when using Bitrise.

Description of the feature request

I can see there is an “edge” stack which is the latest beta versions of Xcode etc. but would be great to have an option for the current release version so that it automatically updates.

Use case / for what or how I would use it

Most of our workflows are run against the current release version of Xcode, we update these manually for each workflow at present but it would be a very welcome change for less manual effort for keeping these up-to-date.

Also, it might be nice to be able to view/modify workflow stacks in batches (or to quickly view/compare what another build workflow is using)
