I’ve a project I just migrated to the new GitHub Checks apps, I was using the classic PR status previously. The new app is working correctly, however the old status check is still there but never gets reported as successful or failed, which blocks merging of PRs for non-admins. See screenshot below. Any ideas how I can resolve this? Thanks

What you are looking for is a Github setting, you should go to the repository’s settings and unmark the old status check as non-required. This can be done in the branch protection rules menu
This happens with me too some times and I never have the old status check. =(
