Can you control creating groups, adding members to groups, etc., (IAM) in an automated way?

Can you do IAM actions – creating groups, adding members to groups, etc. – in some way other than pointing and clicking in the web UI in bitrise.io?

It looks like the API does not do this.

This is correct, you can only manage your teams and members on the website currently. You can find the full list of what the public API is capable of here: https://api-docs.bitrise.io/
