Cache pull fails with custom git, Flutter

Exactly the same as Flutter build fails if cache used and pub has custom git repository dependencies

Sample:

  video_player: # ^0.10.8+1
    git:
      url: git://github.com/crazedvic/plugins.git
      path: packages/video_player/video_player

Build cache pull step fails.
