What’s Changed

  • Bump bitrise-build-cache-cli to v2.8.3, catching up CLI versions since 0.8.4 was cut on CLI v2.8.1:
    • v2.8.3 — re-cut of v2.8.2 because v2.8.2’s rebuild produced different binaries than the GAR mirror’s first-build checksums (the new verify-release workflow correctly flagged the mismatch).
    • v2.8.2 — release infrastructure (ACI-5007): every CLI release now mirrors platform tarballs + checksums to a Cloudflare R2 bucket (origin for the preboot host-VM cache proxy) and auto-opens a merging PR against bitrise-io/build-prebooting-deployments to bump preboot startup-script extensions (cli#344).

No user-visible behaviour changes in this RN step release — both intervening CLI versions are release-pipeline plumbing.
