Both M1 and M1 Rosetta builds failed on npm install

Tried running one of my apps iOS builds that work on Intel stacks on M1s but can’t progress past our npm install step. Here’s the error portion of the npm install log:

Anyone else seeing similar or know the cause?

Hi, thanks for reaching out!

Looks like node-sass is depricated now.

Can you try running locally after making this change?

npm uninstall node-sass
npm install --save-dev sass

Thanks, that was it. I migrated to the Dart Sass package and my M1 builds were successful

Yes, in my case it was the node-sass package causing issues and swapping that out got my builds to work as per my previous reply in the thread
