Add stack name to environment variables

Description of the feature request

I would like to see the current stack name added to the Available Environment Variables.

Use case / for what or how I would use it

I would like access to the stack name, so I can double check whether I’m on the right stack before compiling.

The Environment Variable is called

$BITRISEIO_STACK_ID

I wanted to highlight that the $BITRISEIO_STACK_ID variable is not documented in Available Environment Variables - Bitrise Docs, would be nice to add.
