Add "Abort all" to the dashboard

Description of the feature request

Enhancement to Add an abort button in the app's build items & dashboard build items
It would be very nice if it was possible to “abort” all currently running builds for one “app”.

Use case / for what or how I would use it

We usually start more than 20 builds at a time.
If we discover an issue, bitrise wise of in the code, while building, would it be very nice to be able to abort/cancel all running builds at one time, instead of needing to manually cancel each build.
