Url of generic file storage (from code signing tab) is empty during build (again)

Thanks! I forgot about the PR setting I’ll try again with the switch set to on

A while ago I posted Show unavailability of generic file storage (in Code Signing tab) because of a known issue that was already fixed. Because the behaviour looked the same, I wrongly assumed the same problem resurfaced.
