Xcode 9.0 beta 4 is now available! Notes: no significant change on the stack since beta 3, other than a couple of minor preinstalled tool version updates and of course Xcode 9.0 beta 4 instead of beta 3. To select this Stack you just have to open your app on bitrise.io, go to the Settings tab, and at the bottom of the Settings tab select the Xcode 9.0.x stack option, and your next build will start on the Xcode 9.0 stack.
