# Update Xamarin stack to latest NDK version (v14)

Hi,  
can you please update the NDK version used in the Xamarin stack? Or provide a second NDK installation on that stack with the latest NDK version.

Thanks for the #feature-request!

**We ship with the NDK version installed by Xamarin** , but you’re of course free to install any NDK version you like during the build (e.g. by using a **Script** step), or send us a Pull Request into the provisioning repository ( [https://github.com/bitrise-io/osx-box-bootstrap](https://github.com/bitrise-io/osx-box-bootstrap) - most likely into [https://github.com/bitrise-io/osx-box-bootstrap/blob/master/xamarin-playbook.yml](https://github.com/bitrise-io/osx-box-bootstrap/blob/master/xamarin-playbook.yml) ) to have other version(s) preinstalled.
