## Description of the feature request

In Stack of Xcode 10.2.x on macOS 10.14, It looks like carthage is not updated to latest version, v0.33.0.  
Is it available on this Stack? I want to use this version.

## Use case / for what or how I would use it

This version has some updates for Xcode 10.2

Hello there, thanks for the request, the update was done yesterday, and will be in the weekly VM update. so from Friday I think it will be available 🙃
