# Successful build is not available on ship page

I’m having a bug with an iOS build workflow. The workflow is successfuly completed, but the build is not available on ship page, when it’s shown the message: " First, you need to build an IPA/APK".  
The “xcode-archive” path is present, show some warnings, but shows “▸ Export Succeeded” at the end:

What is this error cause and how to fix it?

Hello,

Please review “[Getting started with Ship](https://devcenter.bitrise.io/en/deploying/deploying-with-ship/getting-started-with-ship.html#ot-fltr-modal)” to verify that you have set things up correctly. If you have and are still having problems, please open a ticket with support. Be sure to include the build url and enable support access (under the “Settings” tab for the app)
