# Ship Publishing fails with 500 error while downloading config

Hi! Ship used to work for my iOS project, but for the past month or two, has failed constantly when I try to publish new versions. The logs include:

Thank you for reaching out to Bitrise.  
Can you please try to run your build on a different stack and see if that resolves the issue.  
What browser you are using to run the Bitrise builds?
