tl;dr I’d love to see a simple walk through for getting iOS setup. Getting `No Apple developer account found for this build` and can’t figure out how to fix it.

Does anyone have a simple iOS workflow they can share? I’m getting:

`No Apple developer account found for this build.`

from the ios-auto-provision step. I have my account linked and I’ve uploaded the profile and private key (plus linked my Apple account in the code-signing tab) but it still fails.

This service seems like it has some nice potential, but initial setup for a noob… meh.

Hi @crewshin,

Not a noob questions at all, it’s a UX issue which we’ll fix ASAP 🙂

Anyway, if you already connected your Apple account and have the **iOS Auto Provision** step in the workflow, then the issue is most likely that you did not set yourself to be the app’s “Apple account to be used” user.

You can set which user’s Apple account should be used for the app on the **Team tab** of the app, in the **Connected Apple Developer Portal Account** section:

Simply set your own account here and kick off a new build or do a rebuild, that should work 😉

If you’d have any questions just let us know!
Happy Building! 🙂
