# Launch scheduled build only if there is a pending changes

## Description of the feature request

It will be very helpful to trigger schedule build only if any changes were made in the trigger branch.

## Use case / for what or how I would use it

If there are no active development movements, CD service anyway will receive a group of redundant builds every day. I think an option for avoiding these builds will be effective.
