Ionic 5 angular 10 deployfails

I am not sure how to automate the process using the ionic angular capacitor to google play:
ionic build --prod
npx cap sync

i have successfully deployed a new version to google play using fastlane locally.

My app is: bd8cb01bdb23b5fc and it fails.
any idea?
