# Enable Bitrise Support User access to the app

**What was the issue:**  
Easily add a temporary access for the Bitrise Team to your app for a better tech support.

**How it worked before:**  
You had to add/remove the support user just like you would any other user to your app’s Team.

**What we changed to make it better:**  
Bitrise support account access can now be enabled with a simple switch.  
(Settings tab of your app)
