## What’s Changed

- Bumps the CLI to v3.9.1, which fixes two defects that made successful Xcode builds report bad cache analytics.
- A green build could be recorded as a failed invocation with hit rate 0 and `usesCache: false`, because the enrichment watcher overwrote the wrapper’s own record with one derived from Xcode’s build log manifest. Measured at 7 of 100 invocations on an affected project.
- Builds carrying warnings were reported as failures, because the manifest status check accepted only a clean-success status even though `xcodebuild` exited 0.
