What’s Changed

  • Bump the Bitrise Build Cache CLI to v3.6.5, which fixes the Xcode compilation cache degradation seen from 2026-08-27. Since CLI v3.6.3 activate installed the xcelerate proxy as a launchd service; on CI that supervised proxy served cache operations at a median of 5276ms against 16ms for the wrapper-started one, timing out at the per-attempt deadline. The CLI now leaves the proxy to the xcodebuild wrapper on CI.

Steps 0.20.3 and 0.20.4 pinned affected CLI versions — upgrade to 0.20.5.
