## What’s Changed

- Updated to Bitrise Build Cache CLI v3.16.0 (picks up CLI versions since 1.4.0: v3.16.0).
- Pulls in new CLI features: interactive-prompt theme, doctor project-scope split, Bazel self-install + credential\_helper warnings (not RN-user-facing, but keeps the shared CLI current).
