## What’s Changed

- Bump the Bitrise Build Cache CLI to v3.6.5, which fixes the Xcode compilation cache degradation introduced in CLI v3.6.3 (the launchd-supervised xcelerate proxy served cache operations ~330x slower on CI; the CLI now leaves the proxy to the build tool wrapper there).
