Running my build on an elite machine and I’m getting an OOM

### Local reproduction: Linux / Android (docker based) stack builds

Could not repro locally

## Build log

> Task :app:compilePaidDebugKotlin FAILED

e: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded  
at org.jetbrains.kotlin.descriptors.impl.AbstractReceiverParameterDescriptor.substitute
